Dynamic Presence & Focus
Lynn approaches client relationships with openness, curiosity, and acceptance. She does not see herself as an objective observer or distanced expert. Lynn sees herself as a guide, on the same path, who understands both that life is messy and difficult and that each person has the inner resources or ‘wisdom’ to engage life (with an open heart). She works hard to build a collaborative relationship that is mutually respectful, warm, direct, and when appropriate, humorous. Lynn has been told by her clients many times that they appreciate her engagement in each session, and that they feel “seen and heard”.
An Open, Safe, & Present Environment
Lynn currently works with clients virtually, by phone, or via FaceTime, and in each case her approach is relaxed and personal, the tone is casual, and you are encouraged to come to her as you are. With clients, she is open and connected and aims to nurture meaningful dialogue, the effects of which endure beyond the session(s). Lynn does this by helping clients to become more self-aware, and by leading them to discover, often through a series of intuitive questions, their own inner ‘knowing’. With curiosity, humility, and insight drawn from her professional training, therapy, and ‘real’ life, Lynn comes to her clients focused, and fully, dynamically present.

Small Changes, Tremendous Breakthroughs
Lynn trusts that when people are able to set aside the space and time to explore and reflect on themselves, they can discover innate tools and wisdom within. She also believes in the inspiring strength of personal spiritual/religious values, and encourages her clients to look to their own such values to find courage, grace, and resilience.
Because she deeply believes that subtle, small changes can lead to tremendous breakthroughs, Lynn focuses her energy into fostering the safe and caring space in which honesty, discovery and ultimately, deep healing can emerge. Through a unique combination of SRI (breath work), open-minded questioning, meaningful dialogue, and strategies that alter painful thinking and behavior patterns, Lynn leads clients to increased clarity and connection between mind and body.
She greatly inspires them to intentionally utilize new ways of being and thinking to feel more alive and present.
She also works to help her clients unlock their full potential and profound gifts, either hidden or forgotten due to trauma, pain, difficult relationships, stress, loss, anxiety or depression. By asking the right questions and bringing light to people’s natural blind spots (Lynn’s two superpowers!), she helps clients identify life-changing experiences that can be drawn on for resources, and illuminates what is preventing them from feeling fulfilled in relationships and in day-to-day life.
Small Changes, Tremendous Breakthroughs
Lynn trusts that people, when they’re allowed the space to explore, can discover all the inherent tools and wisdom that they need, within themselves. She also generously encourages people to share and use whatever spiritual/religious values, beliefs and practices to inspire strength, courage, and greater resilience.

Lynn’s Approach
When working with Lynn, clients engage in breathing exercises and other somatic practices (which bring body awareness) that help to transform painful emotions into proactive energy and which help them to get and stay ‘unstuck’. Lynn teaches them practical skills derived from practical and research-based methods, and gives them tools that help to change the way they see themselves and the way they navigate life’s challenges. Lynn’s use of visualization practices and “parts” work (Internal Family Systems related) also helps clients create kinder, more balanced beliefs about themselves and others.
She also works with clients to see and celebrate the sacred, though seemingly mundane, moments of life, and offers healthy ways of engaging emotional experience. Through her work (which Lynn sees as a form of service), she hopes to enrich the community by helping individuals to live more engaged, aware, resilient, and connected lives, and to be greater contributors to their families and communities.

You and Lynn
Lynn’s passion is in helping clients become more self-aware, balanced, and engaged in life, helping them feel connected to themselves and others, and feel as though they are fulfilling their potential and developing their particular gifts in real ways.
The nature of this work is profoundly personal and engaged, and so Lynn maintains deep and lasting connections with clients.
